About the job
Supports the Facility Manager in operating and maintaining Scout’s Bitter Ridge wind facility, including turbines, electrical systems, safety, compliance, budgets, and site infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Help oversee facility operations and maintenance, schedules, and performance of turbines, substations, electrical systems, and other site assets.
- Support safety programs, regulatory compliance, budgeting, contractor oversight, and stakeholder relationships.
- Maintain non-generating site infrastructure and communicate facility issues and practices to internal teams and peer facilities.
