Oversees consolidated financial reporting, SEC filings, and related accounting processes, controls, and audit support.
What you'll do
- Prepare or oversee periodic internal and external financial statements, disclosures, and filings for the company and subsidiaries.
- Ensure accurate consolidations and compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and internal-control requirements; advise management on reporting changes.
- Support audits and financial close processes, including reviewing schedules, journal entries, and reconciliations.
