Audits and validates freight charges, resolves billing exceptions, and improves freight payment controls, processes, and automation across Scout Motors’ transportation network.
What you'll do
- Audit freight invoices against contracts, rates, shipment records, and approved services; investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
- Develop and improve audit processes, controls, reporting, and automation; support freight audit functions in transportation and ERP systems.
- Analyze cost and compliance issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions and continuous improvements.
