What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional cost optimization and value engineering initiatives, including workshops with internal teams and suppliers.
- Establish governance, KPI tracking, and roadmaps to move cost ideas through approval, execution, and financial realization.
- Develop business cases and lead a team of cost optimization and value engineering specialists.

- Proven success leading cost optimization and value engineering initiatives in complex product development environments.

Pay
$160,000.00 - $192,500.00 USD base salary
