About the job
Leads the Body Metal team’s development and integration of Body in White, Frame, and Closures systems from concept through launch, meeting technical, cost, timing, and quality targets.

- Lead and develop the Body Main Systems team and SET leaders, coordinating cross-functional planning and delivery.
- Guide technical decisions, sourcing documentation, parts and system timing, and issue resolution across teams.
- Ensure project milestones, gateway deliverables, and Body Systems objectives are met.
