Manages finished-vehicle logistics control from manufacturing through outbound staging, loading, and dispatch, leading the team and improving safe, reliable operations.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Vehicle Logistics Control team and establish standard processes, training, and performance controls.
- Plan and execute truck and rail dispatch; coordinate with internal teams and carrier partners to maintain vehicle flow.
- Manage KPIs, budgets, compliance, audits, risk escalations, and continuous improvement.
