About the job
Manages teams and product development for vehicle exterior and related vision systems, taking components from design through validation, launch, and production.
What you'll do
- Manage design and release of lighting, glazing, wipe/wash systems, and outside mirrors; ensure vehicle architecture connections are defined.
- Lead cross-functional development, supplier selection, packaging, testing, and launch while managing team, budget, timing, cost, weight, and quality targets.
- Develop requirements and specifications, oversee design reviews and validation, and resolve open issues with internal teams and suppliers.
