Leads Scout Motors’ data-driven Quality roadmap, building AI-enabled processes, analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional issue-resolution capabilities to improve quality decisions and performance.
What you'll do
- Translate Quality objectives into team priorities and scalable digital solutions; automate processes and implement AI-supported use cases.
- Lead a Quality AI Center of Excellence and manage Data Engineers and Scientists, coordinating priorities across internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop KPI dashboards, reporting and escalation workflows, and a cross-functional problem-resolution process with root cause analysis and corrective-action tracking.
