Leads an embedded platform engineering team that partners with product teams to improve developer experience, platform adoption, cloud delivery, and service reliability.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop platform engineers; set the team’s technical direction and operating model.
- Partner with engineering teams to adopt self-service platform capabilities, golden paths, and modern delivery practices, and feed recurring needs into the platform roadmap.
- Promote reliability practices, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, observability, and production readiness.

Pay
$160,000.00 - $192,500.00 USD base salary
