Advises Scout Motors leadership on labor relations strategy, compliance, policies, training, and employment-related risk.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement proactive and reactive labor relations strategies with organizational leadership.
- Advise HR and senior management, develop labor relations policies and practices, and provide expertise on operational projects and processes.
- Train employees and managers, monitor labor trends and risks, and partner with Legal, HR, Compliance, and counsel on compliance and litigation strategies.
