What you'll do
- Train body shop employees and lead fundamental-skills modules; develop Lean, process, and quality-improvement training.
- Identify training needs, plan and deliver training, maintain records and certifications, and manage training data in learning systems.
- Analyze defects and performance gaps, support problem solving and improvement workshops, and develop VR, AR, and AI training.
