Plans and manages production material supply from suppliers to production, addressing risks, bottlenecks, and logistics to support reliable manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Develop and monitor material planning, delivery, and production programs with suppliers; manage material flow to production.
- Identify supply risks and bottlenecks, coordinate countermeasures, and develop emergency plans for shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on JIT processes, logistics, and technical or model changes to maintain supply and avoid obsolete material.
