Leads installation trials and process control for automotive production, validating assembly processes and equipment and supporting the transition from pilot builds to series production.
What you'll do
- Lead installation trials and maintain process control strategies across production phases; support production teams during builds.
- Identify process deviations and bottlenecks, lead root-cause analysis, and implement containment, corrective actions, and improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional handovers, document and communicate process controls, and train production and engineering teams.
