About the job
Leads the design, development, integration, and validation of steering systems for Scout pickup trucks and SUVs, coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams through prototype and production stages.
What you'll do
- Engineer and lead development of electric power steering, steering columns, and intermediate shafts; integrate them with chassis and drive systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on requirements, packaging, testing, validation, and engineering improvements.
- Manage prototype and serial development activities, including part availability, test planning, and part releases.
