Leads regional, multi-site construction programs for automotive retail and service facilities, from planning and budgeting through construction, turnover, and closeout.
What you'll do
- Manage schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, and construction delivery across facility renovations, expansions, new builds, and upgrades.
- Oversee site quality, safety, code and brand compliance, equipment installation, closeout, and handover to operations.
- Coordinate stakeholders and provide portfolio-level status reporting, risk management, and program improvements.
