Leads container-management planning and operations to ensure suppliers and Scout plants have a reliable supply of transport containers and related equipment.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement container-management plans and projects, coordinating with suppliers on transportation, packaging, scheduling, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Schedule and track empty-container deliveries, manage inventory, and identify supply-chain risks while coordinating countermeasures across departments.
- Steer containers between Scout and supplier plants and maintain constructive supplier communication.
