What you'll do
- Set paint and sealer standards; monitor application performance and quality coverage against operational needs.
- Train team members, coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering, and report updates to management.
- Identify process improvements and apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
