Leads supplier quality planning, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement from product development through mass production to ensure suppliers meet Scout’s quality, delivery, and manufacturing expectations.
What you'll do
- Support supplier quality planning and PPAP activities through development and series production, using APQP and VDA processes.
- Lead supplier audits, containment, corrective actions, and improvement efforts in quality, cost, and manufacturability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on launch readiness, change management, root cause analysis, and resolution of quality issues.

- Strong knowledge of quality management and methodologies, vehicle development and production, and supply chain management.
- Understanding of IATF, VDA, ISO, DIN, and regulatory requirements.
- Valid driver's license and passport; domestic and international travel of approximately 40-70% required.

- VDA Auditing Experience preferred.
Pay
$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD base salary
