Build and implement the operating systems, processes, and playbook Seen Health needs to scale its organization, partnering with the CEO and executive team.
What you'll do
- Map and improve cross-functional processes, ownership, and operating cadence.
- Standardize information flow, company knowledge, decision tracking, reporting, planning, and resource allocation.
- Create and drive adoption of the operating manual and company dashboard.
