Leads Seen Health’s finance function, owning planning, accounting, financial operations, reporting, and process improvements while partnering with executives to support growth.
What you'll do
- Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial reporting, monthly close, and accounting controls.
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including billing, payroll accounting, payables, receivables, capitation reconciliation, claims accruals, and cash tracking.
- Improve finance workflows and technology, support growth decisions and diligence, and coach a finance operations specialist.
What they ask for
- 8+ years in finance, accounting, or FP&A, including combined FP&A and accounting experience in one role.
- Healthcare industry background, ideally in value-based care, capitated or total-cost-of-care models, health plans, or PACE.
- Startup or high-growth experience building processes in a lean setting.
- Experience owning financial operations end to end with minimal oversight and using technology and AI tools to improve finance workflows.
Nice to have
- CPA or equivalent depth of accounting fluency; multi-site or multi-entity experience; experience with Sage Intacct, Ramp, Rippling, or similar platforms.
