Build and lead Seen Health’s learning, compliance, and performance-enablement programs and systems across clinical and non-clinical teams.
What you'll do
- Design onboarding, role-specific training, clinical and operational education, and ongoing learning programs; track their effectiveness.
- Own regulatory training operations, competency management, licensure tracking, learning systems, and audit documentation.
- Develop performance and leadership systems, career pathways, and AI-enabled learning approaches in partnership with clinical, engineering, and product teams.
