What you'll do
- Manage and develop Medical Assistants, RNs, and LVNs, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee daily clinic operations and improve clinical and administrative workflows using data and frontline feedback.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, support quality and safety initiatives, and address participant and family concerns.
