What you'll do
- Execute monitoring and audit plans, assess findings, and track corrective actions through verified closure.
- Lead grievance investigations and coordinate regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and effective corrective action plans.
- Supervise the QIC Coordinator and support quality improvement initiatives, including review of AI-generated findings.
