Leads high-impact strategy and operations work to improve Seen Health’s PACE care model, operating economics, and expansion across centers and services.
What you'll do
- Standardize and scale care workflows, build new operational capabilities, and determine which services to insource, hybridize, or outsource.
- Build and run care-plan operations and medical economics reporting, linking clinical and operational changes to cost PMPM and capitation economics.
- Lead complex integrations and launch readiness for new centers, markets, service lines, partnerships, and acquisitions; build automations and agents for key workflows.
