About the job
Own customer relationships and deliver, customize, launch, and improve Sela’s AI voice agents for mortgage lenders, while bringing customer insights into the product roadmap.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end voice-agent delivery, from scoping and building through launch and iteration.
- Customize agents for lenders’ workflows, including conversation flows, edge cases, compliance, and handoffs to humans.
- Advise customers, monitor account health, and relay unmet needs and patterns to the team.
