Build and own experimentation and data science capabilities that use sales-call data to improve Sela’s AI sales agents and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Analyze large-scale call data, design experiments, and measure sales outcomes.
- Build models and translate findings into recommendations that improve agent personalization and performance.
- Develop the experimentation methodology and framework with engineering, and establish the data science function.
