Build and lead Sela’s recruiting function, managing full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical roles while establishing sourcing, candidate experience, and recruiting processes.
What you'll do
- Run full-cycle recruiting from outreach through offer close and keep candidates engaged throughout.
- Use AI tools and build processes to automate recruiting; set up and manage the ATS and recruiting tools.
- Partner with the CEO and hiring managers to define roles, calibrate candidate profiles, and move quickly.
