About the job
Build and operate scalable software components across Sela’s AI voice-agent platform, from architecture and implementation through production reliability.
What you'll do
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, maintainable software architecture with the product team.
- Use AI coding agents and internal tools to build features and improve existing code.
- Own core software components end-to-end, including agent evaluation, voice orchestration, scheduling, and security services.
