Provides hands-on classroom and production-floor training to prepare apprentice and harness+ technicians to assemble wire harnesses to company quality, operational, and customer standards.
What you'll do
- Lead manufacturing fundamentals and specialized-operations training, and coach trainees during on-the-job work.
- Give constructive performance and quality feedback; identify trainees needing additional support and coordinate learning-plan adjustments.
- Improve training materials and curriculum with cross-functional partners, and track trainee progress and certification readiness.
