About the job
Build and improve aerospace and defense electrical wire harness assemblies, working with production teammates and engineers.
What you'll do
- Independently manufacture intermediate to complex wire harnesses from schematics and work instructions, including soldering, crimping, routing, and strain relief.
- Troubleshoot basic build issues, document processes, and contribute to factory improvement activities.
- Mentor Apprentice Technicians and support training, audits, floor meetings, and ad-hoc production projects.
