The Industrial Engineer designs and improves material flow, factory workflows, operational metrics, and scalable manufacturing processes to increase throughput and delivery performance.
What you'll do
- Own material flow from suppliers to production, including PFEP, inventory positioning, replenishment, and waste reduction.
- Design and improve facility layouts, production workflows, line balance, capacity, throughput, and on-time delivery.
- Build operational dashboards and reporting, document standard processes, and lead continuous improvement across teams.
