About the job
Leads production-floor technicians while building and inspecting electrical harness assemblies for aerospace and defense customers.
What you'll do
- Build electrical harness assemblies and provide technical and operational direction to technicians to meet quality and schedule requirements.
- Inspect in-process hardware, demonstrate techniques to apprentices, and maintain workcenter checklists.
- Assign and prioritize daily work, communicate plans and progress, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics.
