Leads Senra Systems’ test engineering organization and provides technical oversight to ensure electrical assemblies are tested consistently, reliably, and at production scale.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Test Engineering team, setting priorities, allocating resources, and managing hiring and performance.
- Establish department standards and scalable processes; review and approve test programs, fixtures, and validation methods.
- Partner across engineering, production, quality, and program teams to resolve testing issues and improve throughput, yield, and testability.
