Owns wire harness manufacturing programs from engineering release through production readiness, developing production processes and documentation and improving quality, repeatability, and throughput.
What you'll do
- Develop manufacturing packages, including work instructions, formboards, and basic tooling and fixture concepts.
- Translate drawings, BOMs, and customer requirements into production-ready processes; coordinate readiness across teams.
- Improve program-level manufacturing processes through validation, workflow optimization, lean principles, and time studies.
