Manages customer programs from order acceptance through delivery, coordinating internal teams and maintaining customer relationships to ensure program requirements and schedules are met.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary customer liaison and manage customer relationships throughout the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, schedules, program status, change orders, and on-time delivery.
- Support estimating and proposal development, and work with customers to improve supplier scorecards.
