Owns complex wire harness manufacturing programs from engineering planning through production, improving processes and coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet quality and delivery targets.
What you'll do
- Develop work instructions, formboards, tooling solutions, and manufacturing processes for harness builds.
- Improve quality, efficiency, throughput, and production flow; commission equipment and qualify processes.
- Act as technical liaison for assigned customers and coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and software teams.
