What you'll do
- Own internal factory software initiatives end to end, including discovery, delivery, training, and iteration.
- Translate operational workflows and challenges into software requirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate stakeholders and engineering, define measurable success criteria, and track post-launch business benefits.

- 5+ years of Product Management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operationally complex environments.
