Supports employees and advises managers and leaders on employee relations, international employment matters, people programs, and consistent HR practices.
What you'll do
- Manage complex employee relations cases and coach managers on performance, feedback, and difficult conversations.
- Advise on global employment matters, HR policies, and contractor compliance across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Use people data and AI tooling to support casework, analysis, retention actions, training, and people program delivery.
