Works directly with major customers to implement Sentry in their codebases, accelerate adoption, and develop repeatable deployment practices.
What you'll do
- Translate customer goals into implementation plans; set up Sentry, custom telemetry, dashboards, and alerts through customer-code pull requests.
- Lead migrations from existing observability tools and work alongside customer engineering teams, including on site when useful.
- Create repeatable playbooks and tooling, define engagement practices, and share deployment learnings with Product and Engineering.
