What you'll do
- Manage, hire, level, and coach engineers and designers across both disciplines.
- Set the team’s strategic roadmap and maintain UI quality while keeping design and code aligned.
- Build components and infrastructure, and drive adoption through documentation, lint rules, and contribution workflows.
