About the job
Leads strategy and execution of internal and external technical education programs to increase adoption of Sentry’s platform among customers, partners, and employees.
What you'll do
- Own Sentry University’s curriculum, learning content, and user experience, and develop customer training and certification programs.
- Create and deliver instructor-led training and enablement materials for customers and customer-facing teams.
- Measure training effectiveness and adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design to improve programs and materials.
