Partners with customers to integrate Sequen’s AI platform, move deployments into reliable production use, and share customer feedback to shape the product.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on workflows, system architecture, API integration, and production stabilization; diagnose issues and unblock adoption.
- Own customer outcomes, stakeholder relationships, and long-term adoption, including identifying expansion opportunities.
- Translate customer needs and usage patterns into feedback for product and engineering teams.

- 7–10+ years of experience in Deployment Engineering, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar role.
- Experience working with APIs or developer-facing platforms, and a strong foundation in system architecture and integrations.

USD $170K – $280K base salary
