Supports the safe, reliable operation and deployment of autonomous delivery robots in the field, including maintenance, incident documentation, and delivery assistance.
What you'll do
- Prepare, inspect, clean, deploy, recover, charge, and secure robots and related equipment.
- Track and resolve escalation tickets, communicate updates, and report incidents and observations.
- Safely operate company vehicles or e-bikes to move, recover, or reposition robots.
