About the job
Supports the safe, reliable operation and deployment of autonomous delivery robots in the field, including maintenance, incident documentation, and delivery support.
What you'll do
- Prepare, inspect, clean, deploy, recover, charge, and secure robots and equipment.
- Respond to field issues, manage escalation tickets, and coordinate with operations, engineering, and customer support.
- Operate company vehicles or e-bikes as needed and follow safety procedures.
