Supports autonomous delivery robots in the field by preparing, maintaining, recovering, and repositioning units while helping deliveries run safely and reliably.
What you'll do
- Assist with robot deployment, inspection, cleaning, placement, and end-of-shift recovery.
- Document and resolve escalation tickets, communicate updates, and escalate safety or technical issues.
- Safely operate company vehicles or e-bikes to move, recover, or reposition robots.
