Coordinates daily commercial delivery operations, monitors robot deployments, resolves service issues, tracks performance, and supports process improvements and team training.
What you'll do
- Coordinate daily deployments between Field Agents and Piloting teams; monitor operations and resolve or escalate issues.
- Reinforce SOPs and safety compliance, track operational metrics, and implement directed processes.
- Support resource planning, test plans, onboarding, and operational continuity across field teams.
