What you'll do
- Coordinate daily deployments between Field Agents and Piloting teams; monitor operations and escalate issues.
- Enforce SOPs, track operational metrics, and implement directed processes and protocols.
- Support resource planning, test plans, and onboarding and training of Operations Associates.
