Service Technician II

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and integrated software failures; test repairs and identify root causes.
• Document repairs in Jira and maintain quality, traceability, productivity, and parts records.
• Support lab operations, improve repair workflows, and provide technical guidance to Technician I employees.

What they ask for

• 2–4+ years of progressive technical experience in electro-mechanical, electronics, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or similar industries.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex integrated systems and perform component-level testing and validation.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and software diagnostics; experience with issue-tracking systems such as Jira.
• Ability to manage multiple repair streams independently and work weekends as part of a 5-day schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics or automation environments.
• Familiarity with structured root-cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration with engineering or QA teams.

Pay

$23.00 – $26.90 per hour (base salary); Offers Equity
