What you'll do
- Develop and lead high-performing Product and Design teams, setting quality standards, roles, and accountability.
- Set product vision, priorities, investment decisions, and roadmaps based on company strategy, customer needs, and data.
- Lead user-centered design and cross-functional execution, including safety-focused design for products and operational tools.
