Experience Team – UX Research Internships – Summer 2027

What you'll do

• Plan, facilitate, analyze, and report on research initiatives using discovery, surveys, qualitative methods, and usability testing.
• Communicate findings through artifacts such as personas, journeys, and task analyses, and partner with senior UX staff to inform product strategy and roadmaps.
• Use and evaluate AI-assisted research workflows and tools, verifying outputs against source data and assessing effects on team efficiency.

What they ask for

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related degree; graduating May 2028 or later.
• Available to work full time for 12 weeks during the summer; portfolio required at interview.
• Knowledge of user interface design, usability evaluation, task analysis, experimental design, and user research and testing.
• Experience with online surveys and qualitative research techniques, customer-centered research, and mixed design methods; experience applying or critically evaluating AI in work or coursework.

Pay

$45.97 - $53.04 USD base salary
